ServeNebraska is excited to offer a monthly training resource called TrainingFocus, for all national service program leaders, site supervisors, and participants.
Each month, the TrainingFocus will feature a Training Spotlight which will highlight a particular training topic and provide an exercise, webinar, link, or article that you can use in providing ongoing training to your national service participants. The TrainingFocus is meant to be a “shared” resource to support the professional and programmatic development of Nebraska’s national and community service personnel and their initiatives.
The training offerings referenced in the TrainingFocus can be delivered individually or in a group. However, when possible deliver training in a group setting so there is an opportunity for discussion around the topic.
